Jastrzębia Góra, whose beauty has been known across the whole country, as one of not many from among the seaside resorts offers, besides its natural assets, a wide range of attractions which allow to diversify your leisure time and to use it maximally for those who decide to stay in this special, northernmost point of Poland.

THE BEACH in Jastrzębia Góra

Is unusually wide and clean as well as wonderfully surrounded by high cliffs. From the East it is bordered by a grand influx of Czarna Woda to the Baltic Sea whereas from the West – steep cliffs and typically northern, rocky shore. During the summer numerous events and competitions take place on the beach. Wide and cobblestone walkways make the approach easier.

CLIFFS in Jastrzębia Góra

Is a unique place on the national scale. Overgrown with aged, dense forests make an amazing surroundings for the beach and the town whereas from the top of the mountain you can see an unforgettable view.

SVIATOVID'S PROMENADE

Is the most recognizable area in Jastrzębia Góra. Not only can youeat nicely here but also have a great time in bars and discos as well as purchase some souvenirs from Jastrzębia Góra. During hot summer days you can also chill at the fountain.

WAX MUSEUM

Is a perfect way to have a fun day. 30 realistic characters are waiting for you, amongst which you can find popular sportsmen, movie stars and politicians. Don’t forget to take your camera!

OBELISK THE MIDNIGHT STAR

Is a norternmost point of Poland. In this scenic place the memorial obelisk has been built. From the shore of the cliff you can also enjoy the view of the Baltic panorama.

FOX RAVINE

The unusual, seaside gorge begins at the entrance number 19 and stretch to the Baltic beach. Over 50 metres high slopes overgrown by aged beech make this place special taking the walkers to another world.

OBELISK OF KING SIGISMUND III WAZA

Commemorates the king’s return to Poland after a venture to Sweden. It was funded in 1928. Supposedly, Sigismund III Waza and his army made landfall at the mouth of the Fox Ravine.

THE SEASIDE LANDSCAPE PARK

Stretches coastwise, from Hel to Białogóra. Seaside silence disturbed only by the sound of the sea, unique marine life and paths full of sightseeing assets are what make the Park worth visiting.

VILLAS in Jastrzębia Góra

Dating back to the ’20s, when they were visited by the elite of contemporary Poland. Nowadays, having been renovated, they still serve by their charm and beauty.

ST IGNATIUS OF LOYOLA CHURCH

Is a place where organ music concerts and music festivals take place during the summer. When the weather is good, an outside balcony can seat even 2000 people.

PREHISTORIC BEASTS EXHIBITION

Is an educational initiative on which you can see realistic reconstructions of the most strange creatures which have ever lived on our planet. The exhibition includes several dozen of showpieces and in addition, the exposition of petrifactions and minerals.

WHISKY HOUSE

In Jastrzębia Góra is not just a tasting! Two passionate about the amber tipple people share their knowledge about the drink during a series of trainings and presentations here. In addition, an annual whisky festival takes place here.

Lighthouse in Rozewie

Is the oldest and the most northerly lighthouse in Poland. Inside there is the Lighthouse Museum whereas from the top of the lighthouse you can enjoy the view of a panorama of the Baltic Sea and surrounds.

Rancho Oland

Jastrzębia Góra area offers something for everyone – including horse lovers. Nearby the Residence you can enjoy horse riding, available also for children. There is also an instructor here – thanks to that even amateurs can take the chance of it.

Artillery Battery

In Rozewie there are the legacy of the 34th Constant Artillery Battery, which was the component of the coastal defense of the Warsaw Pact. There are substructures and concrete armaments left after that.

Chłapowska Valley - a gorge

It was created in 2000 and involves the Chłapowski Gorge of over 24 ha. Among others, the following species are protected here: common broom, common sea-buckthorn, harebell, juniper and others. A specific red colouring of the ground present in the gorge is a result of the work of ferreous groundwaters. The entrace to the gorge is by the main road Jastrzębia Góra Góra – Władysławowo –descent to the beach No. 15.

Tarzan Park

Ropes Course in Władysławowo is an attraction not only for children but also for adults. There are 8 routes for your use: the “green” one and the “white” one for little children, the “orange” one and the “yellow” one for the children over 110m tall; the “red” route, the “blue” route, the “black” route and “the tandem” for people over 140cm tall.

The Central Sport Centre

Is a special place both in terms of its over 50 years long history and a location in the Seaside Landscape Park by the sea as well as a wide range of sport services.

Sport Stars' Avenue

It was created in 2000 next to the proverbial Olympic Preparation Centre “Cetniewo”. In a special way it respects those with sport merits, tells a few words about people of hard work, talent and international sport successes.

Hallerówka Resort

The summer residence of General Józef Haller, who with his family had been spending every holiday there before the outbreak of the II World War. Currently, it involves the General Józef Haller and the Blue Army Centre of Memory, in which you can see remembrance of General, letters and other items related to the life of General Józef Haller.

Ocean Park

The oceanic nature world, presented in an approachable and interesting form. In the Ocean Park in Władysławowo there is a wide range of additional forms of spending time in an enjoyable and useful way.

An important aspect of the Ocean Park’s activity in a high season is event creation. The most dominant are gigs of popular Polish music bands but also other types of events take place here, for example The Historical Military Vehicles Exhibition.

Ocean Park in Władysławowo is usually open from May to October.

The Sowinski Amusement Park with a go-kart track

Is a really interesting place for families with children and for those who like the adrenaline rush. The biggest attraction is one of the highest roller coasters in Poland. Thrill-seekers can find also other extreme attractions here. You can also have a laugh at the laugh palace or visit the castle of fear…

Fisherman's House

The viewing tower, situated in the central part of Władysławowo, consists of two terraces: the bottom one is at an altitude of 45 m AMSL and the top one (so-called a sphere) at an altitude of 63 m AMSL.

Binoculars and telescopes are available so that you can see the area from a different perspective.

Museum of Butterflies

Over 12 years old, the Museum (the first one in Poland) is of a growing popularity every year. At the exhibition you can see the most precious, the most beautiful and the most interesting butterflies from all over the world including the description. 400 entomological showcases, over 5000 specimens of insects and butterflies.

Fishing Port

Having been built in 1935 – 1938, the one of the biggest at the Baltic Sea. In 1952 it was formally named as Władysławowo for the sake of commemorating the martial fort built in the 17th century on recommendation of King Władysław IV. Situated by the open sea is one of the most vital harbours in terms of the amount of fish landed, the number of cutters being operated there and the equipment. In the port there is also a maritime border crossing in the sailing tourism to Scandinavian, Lithuanian and Latvian ports. In summer the port becomes a base for cruise at the Baltic Sea. Fish cutters, by which you can go for an one hour coastwise ride, are adapted to the sea cruises. Fishing lovers can take part in 8 hours long expeditions for catching a cod with a fishing rod. These cruises are organized throughout the whole year and provide a great, unforgettable atmosphere and a real marine adventure.

Water sports

The Hel Peninsula is the best place for water sports in Poland. Waveless, shallow and warm water, equally and often winding wind make PERFECT conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing trainings. It is hard to find another equally good training waterbody in Europe!

The Libek Mountain

The highest sand dune of the Hel Peninsula (12.5 m AMSL) is situated in the zone between Kuźnica and Jastarnia.

Fishing Hut in Jastarnia

This is another musem in a historic hut dedicated to theme of fishery. At the Fishing Hut you can have a look at the exposition which presents ancient fishing tools and equipment dating back to the 15th century. The living and farm area was also reconstructed. The Museum is open during summer season, every day except for Mondays.

Viewing tower in Jurata

The Viewing tower in Jurata is situated at the top of the former water-tower. Around the tower there are stairs which lead you to the top of the tower. From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounds – especially the Bay of Puck and oceans of pine trees, which stretch over to Hel.

Wooden Pier in Jurata

Is a quite big and very well-groomed object, 320 metres long, situated on the southern coast of Jurata (from the direction of the Bay of Puck). The process of building started in ’70s. The pier is connected to the Międzymorze boardwalk, which is approximately 600 metres long, which is equal to the width of the Hel Peninsula in this point. From the pier you can watch nearby moored sailing boats and the waveless waters of the Bay of Puck, which invariably delight, both at dawn, at noon and at nightfall.

The Dunes of Hel Nature Reserve

Floristic nature reserve in the area of The Seaside Landscape Park in the Hel Peninsula, established in 2006, of 108.48 ha. The reserve is situated in the tongue part of the peninsula in the Hel municipal direct area.

Seal Centre

One of the most attractive places in the tongue part of the Hel Peninsula. At the Seal Centre there are three pools, where life of Baltic seals can be observed. You can also visit the exhibition room “The mammals of our sea”. The Seal Centre is situated in the open air, IT IS OPEN ALL THE YEAR ROUND, opening hours are dependent on the season. You are very welcome to visit this institution also in autumn, winter and spring.

The Fishing Museum

The Museum is situated in the out of service fifteenth-century church. Inside you can see the exhibition which documents and depicts the history of coastal fishing.

The Museum of the Coastal Defense

The Museum was established in 2006. There are two the biggest former German objects available for visitors: the 30 metres high directed fire tower and the artillery stand of the Schleswig-Holstein battery of the 406 mm gauge (the biggest in the world). There are also martial and marine themed exhibitions in the objects. The object is recorded in the register of monuments.

Lighthouse

The lighthouse has a base of an octagon, is 41.5 m high and its light is visible on the distance of 18 sea mile. On the top there is an observation deck from where, when the weather is nice, you can see Gdańsk and a part of the Hel Peninsula. The lighthouse was rebuilt in 1942, after being blown up by the Polish sappers in 1939 because the construction was a perfect aiming point for the German artillery. The current lighthouse was rebuilt 10 m next to the previous one.

Medieval Hamlet Sławutowo

Not far from Tri-City and resorts, in a small village Sławutowo, located on the fringe of the Darżlubska Wilderness, there is a special place – “Sławutowo Hamlet”.

This is a reconstruction of the Medieval Hamlet from the cusp of IX-X century. When you enter its gates, you are moved back to the world of our forefathers. This place will see you how handicraft was developed once. You will meet a potter, a weaver, a baker or a herbalist. Accompanied by them you will visit 8 cottages and see how our ancestors worked.

Evolution Park in Sławotówko

You will find a prehistoric cinema in there which will move you back to the times when the Earth was created. The happy dinosaur Arnolnd through play will present to you some interesting facts.

Waterpark in Reda

Merely 30 km far from Jastrzębia Góra last summer probably the biggest and the most modern Waterpark in Poland was open. Waterslides, swimming pools, saunarium, swimming pools with a wave, pirates’ bay, turn down to the sharks are only some of the facilities offered by the Waterpark.
